Skywatch Friday: Giant Rooster

On a sunny day between recent severe thunderstorms, I took this picture of blue sky and clouds behind this 12-foot tall rooster at Kozy's Restaurant in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

Ginsberg's Pad

While on a trip to NYC in 2002, I convinced Mary to trek to the apartment building at 206 E. 7th St., where Allen Ginsberg lived for many years. I've been wanting to add this picture to my collection of dead author landmarks, but I could never find it. It recently surfaced when I retrieved some data from the hard drive of a computer that's been out of service for several years.
