Skywatch Friday No. 53

This shot was taken in the morning, with clear blue sky below, a thin veil of clouds over the moon, and another layer of thin wispy clouds blowing by in the foreground.

Is that the moon partly shrouded by thin passing clouds? The beauty in the sky has to be appreciated as much as your photo.

Yes, there is a waxing gibbous moon in the upper part of the picture. It's easier to see if you click to enlarge.
