Before I answer that question, I want to check with legal counsel regarding the statute of limitations as it pertains to minors.

Well, I don't think you'll need to worry about criminal charges but the statute of limitations for a claim for infliction of emotional distress begins to run on discovery of the injury and based on your response, I think I just discovered some emotional distress. ;)

OK, in that case, the plungers were definitely new. I'm pretty sure I can see the receipt there under the Bible on the counter.

LOL....Hey my sister and I used to put underpants (clean) on our heads and pretend to be divers when we were little kids...so plungers look reasonable to me....
