We can sure use some of that white stuff here in Wyoming. Something weird is going on, as it was +54 degrees today, (It's almost 6pm and still +50 degrees) and hardly any snow here. It's February, and we should have a couple of feet of snow on the ground, and the temperature should be in the -15 to +15 range.
